Ganesh does star turn as YFA Sports Club beat MEI

Ganesh’s superb bowling performance handed YFA Sports Club a comprehensive nine-wicket victory over MEI Polytechnic in the KSCA Group I, Division V tournament for the JB Mallaradhya Trophy here.
Batting first, MEI Polytechnic were restricted to a paltry 121 all out in 37.4 overs thanks to Ganesh’s six for 18.
Rohith struck a defiant 53 to add some respectability to MEI’s total.
YFA made light work of the chase as they strolled home in just 16.1 overs as Abhijit top scored with 52 not out.
In another fixture, Shrinivas scored a half-century and team-mate Muneer produced an all-round show as South End Sports Club scored a comfortable 133-run victory over Sparklers Cricket Club.
