All-round Angad shines in Anglo Youth CC's victory

An all-round performance from Angad propelled Anglo Youth CA to a five-wicket win over Citizen Cultural CA in the KSCA Group I, Division V cricket tournament for the JB Mallaradhya trophy here.
Batting first, Citizen Cultural CA were bundled out for a mere 137 in 24 overs, with only Gowtham Gowda showing some fight with 47 runs. For Anglo Youth, Angad claimed a five-for (5/28) while Kumar (2/20) and Parth (2/11) chipped in with two wickets apiece.
In reply, powered by half-centuries from Angad (61 n.o.) and Parath (56), Anglo Youth reached the target (139/5) in just 24.3 overs. Pratap took three wickets (3/37) for Citizen Cultural CA.
